We want every Saints Haus order to feel exactly right. If something's off, we're here to fix it — no drama, no runaround.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to send something back. To qualify, items must be:

• unworn
• unused
• in original condition
• returned in original packaging

Exchanges

Need a different size? Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to get you sorted based on what's in stock.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@saintshaus.com with:

• your order number
• reason for return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Good to Know

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, return shipping is on us — no cost to you. For all other returns, a return shipping fee applies, and we'll walk you through exactly how it works when you reach out.
