Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

How do I know my size?
Check our Shoe Size Chart for a complete US, EU, UK, and CM guide. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

Do your shoes run true to size?
Most of our styles run true to size. Any exceptions will be noted in the individual product description.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@saintshaus.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll assist you with a size exchange based on available inventory.
