We process every order within 1–3 business days, then it's on its way — standard delivery lands in 5–10 business days, with a tracking number sent the moment it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Always. Every U.S. order ships free — no minimum.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll sort it out — email hello@saintshaus.com.

Sizing

How do I know my size?
Check our Size Guide for the full US/EU/UK/CM breakdown. Each product page describes how that style is built — toe shape, straps, heel — so you know what to expect. Still unsure about a specific pair? Email us before you order.

Do your pieces run true to size?
Most styles do. Anything that runs different gets called out right on the product page — no surprises.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery, unworn, in the original box — and return shipping is on us. U.S. orders only. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email hello@saintshaus.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label.

Can I exchange for a different size or style?
Yes — within 14 days, based on what's in stock. If the new pair costs more, you pay the difference; if it costs less, the difference comes back as store credit.

Can I get store credit instead of a refund?
Of course — just ask, and we'll issue a gift card for the full value.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

When will I get my refund?
Within 3 business days of your return arriving and being checked, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
