Giannina spent years watching women around her settle: for shoes that were either "someday" expensive, or the kind that fell apart by the third wear. There was never an in-between.

Her daughter, Heaven, saw it from the other side — she grew up spotting what women wanted before they had the word for it, watching trends land months before they hit the stores everyone else shops at.
